Question on Blade/Spear of power

Could someone let me know stats/procs of these are and what the actual item required it since the spell database is out of date?
 
You need a pearl as a reagent and the recast time is 2 hours.

Summoned: Spear of Power
primary/secondary
piercing 22/15
10 ac
runeguard (combat)
+10 dex/agi
+50hp
+10 sv all

recommended level of 47


Summoned: Blade of Power
primary/secondary
1H slashing 24/17
10 ac
runeguard (combat)
+10 dex/agi
+50hp
+10 sv all

recommended level of 49

Runeguard is a proc that absorbs 50 melee damage.
 
Ok so it IS definitely a pearl then. I was just curious since the wiki was out of date and Summon Heartseeker arrows was a fire opal.
 
Does the recast work like the pet heals and after you cast one you can't cast the other until the first one's recast is up? Hope that made sense.

Also, wasn't sure if I was to post it here, and I was about to /bug it last night, but here goes:

When you first mem Call of the Hero, it takes 10 mins to load up before you can cast it. If you zone while its setting up, the 10 mins dissapears and you can cast it as soon as you zone. The same thing happens if you cast it and then zone. This isn't intended, is it?
 
It's just a client limitation. If you cast it and zone or log, you still won't be able to cast for 10 minutes because that check is done serverside; the client thinks it's refreshed though.

You can mem both spear and blade and cast them both at the same time if that's what you had in mind. But then they have a 2 hours recast time.
