Question: Combat Fury and Pet classes

Does the AA effect pet class damage for intelligence casters?

I was under the belief it didn't. Looking at fomelo, mages and enchanters believe it does. since they train it. However, Necros give it a pass until later indicating they see it of limited utility. I assume necs would train it if they believed it worked in such a manner.

There have been two responses in a prior thread to a question relating to the subject;

smadcatc: " Also you have to consider pet classes that share this AA with their pets...."

Nodnal : "I am pretty sure that AA is not shared with pets. Minion skills just mimics the stance that the caster is in, not the AAs the caster has. Unless there is some innate thing I was unaware of."

Any insight would be appreciated as the answer seems to be in equipoise.

They do not.

Not for necros at least. Magicans I believe it does and will verify. Enchanters share those skills via shared mind to the group (NOT their or their groups pets).

It's supposed to work for mages, assuming you have the AA's that allow your pet to share some of your AA's.

Mainly cuz they don't get that AA, and we can't give it to them. Giving it to them by default would also be strange, as then why wouldn't mages or BSTs whose pet is far more integral to the class.

That being said, you may like some of the upcoming tomes...
