I'm a noob to SoD (kinda) but not EQ in general.

I have two questions:

1. Can anyone do alchemy? Is it no longer shaman specific?

2. Can I use one of my mains to do fletching for my baby ranger? Or does the ranger need to be the one doing the fletching for some reason?

1.)Anyone can do alchemy.

2.) Anyone can do fletching.
