Question about these two items

i have been getting Twilight Tiger Skins, and Ban Faru Toes in Twilight Sea, and have not found who to turn these items into, if anyone has an idea of where i turn them into and who, would be appreciated.
 
This is most probably from the new newbie quests that every town has now.
If its like the other towns, then a Guardian of Thaldor has been renamed to "Guardian xxx" and now gives three newbie quests that are gathering stuff from newbie mobs.
Take a look around ;). I'll edit if I find it.
