question about ikisith item

Last year Zinidine won a lottery prize, and was told that an item was being named after him in ikisith, and that his name would somehow be tied into the lore of the expansion. Since he cannot remember his forum password, I am asking on his behalf whether or not the item/lore actually was put into the game.
