Hey guys
I was checking out http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Ornate_Stormforged_Platemail
and I honestly wanted to know if this was right.
The first tier looks completely acceptable considering the stats and where the items are from and how to obtain them. No problems with this.
The third tier looks wow, but reading up on it i can see its a pretty large raid force so it understandable on why the risk vs reward is there.
So my question really is directly relating to the second part of turn ins.
Farming se/ndhk for gem drops is what i got while looking into this and I wanted to be honest as a new player whats the point in doing these other than to upgrade them if your at prison raiding wise?
The stats are horrible lacking even what lower level black smith items can offer excluding this would be the breastplate which looks very tasteful.
Now i might be jumping the gun and looking at this wrong, it might just be a grind to get the raid stuff. If thats the case I am sorry for even trying to post something about this. If its not, as a new player gear and money is not something i've noticed is easy to get so gotta look into any and all alternatives to upgrade yourself. I know maps are cool and have pieces but not a full set. I really have done my homework here and don't want to just bitch and cry ill work and i am ok with that.
My question is more on the lines of is this gear correctly placed/with what i see is this really worth doing? Shouldnt it be better or equal to something like warpmetal? Maybe enough people dont spend the time to do these? I know its not just done in 5 mins of farming dragons that hit pretty hard.
