Question about Class Archetypes

I was wondering why Intelligence Class Archetypes has a melee cirts aa. it isnt like we have alot of time to melee or even do enough damage to prove worthy of it. inless pets can use it for you then i see no reason for it to be there. and maybe replaced with something a lil more usefull
 
am sorry i looked at it wrong, its
Combat Ferocity 3 2/4/6 55 Passive 6 General Abilities This ability increases your melee precision by 2, 5, and 10 percent.

its Precision, Still not overly helpful but sorry Trashcan this thread
 
Well i have news and bad news.

News: Its a shared AA (meaning, melee classes have the same thing)
Bad News: because of that, it cant be changed without changing it for everyone. So its not likely to happen.
 
well after i figured out that it wasn't melee crits i knew right off the bat that its probably not something changeable and for that am sorry. but 1 quick question why are archtypes shared? shouldn't it be melee,int casters, Preists, hybrid all be on different shares?
 
It was combat stability (damage mitigation) on live, a stat any class could take advantage of.
 
It's a decent AA for mages because they get another AA that gives their pets the bonuses from AA that let them crit/evade/hit.

I believe there are 3 archtype AA sets
Melee
Priest
Int

Then hybrids get Melee and either priest/int. Ranger/Pal/BST probably bet priest, and SK Int along with melee.
