question about blackscale faction in the heartlands

i went blackscale faction for my MQ and i cant seem to get my augment past the first lvl or being able to talk to the great dryad

i have maxed out all the faction quests IE i did the Horse one i stole the crates and the spider carapace ones along with the goblin beads

i have done all theses quests as many times as possible except for the goblin beads i have turned in around 20 beads for the goblin one

is there anything i might have done wrong or maybe my faction is broken
 
ooo that's right! I remember them talkin' about that.

thank goodness I did all my silver crown killing _before_ I joined blackscale...
 
i did the goblin beads once more and i was able to finally upgrade my aug just seemed like a endlist pit of turn ins but ty
