Question about a 3rd party tool

I mentioned in game that I am having huge load times when loading a zone due to death or changing zones. In excess of 5 minutes most times. Someone recommended I use EQPlayNice http://www.lavishsoft.com/eqplaynice/ to help with my issue and I was just wondering if this tool is permitted, or does it fall under the "No third party tools" rule

Yes, it's fine and you're allowed to use it.

The main thing that Wiz doesn't want to see are auto fire programs, and other things that basically help the user gain an unfair advantage.
 
Wonder if '3rd party hardware' is allowed....

a robotic arm for the keyboard and cameras pointed at the screen at various points. make some programming to analyze the text and what to have the arm do in situations.

I pay a (insert minority here) to push the buttons for me while I'm in bed with all my (insert random female reference that is both derogatory and discriminatory).
 
3rd party programs not permitted are programs that gives you unfair advantages, such as (but not limited to):
Bots - automated process used for leveling, shooting, etc.
Packet sniffers - programs designed to sniff the packets being sent to the client and present them so you can view which mobs are spawned where, what level they are, etc. etc.
Modifying the client so it's able to do things it should not be able to do, such as warping.

Is this autofire function enabled for ranger on SoD?

If not, is it permissable to use a gamepad such as N50 to obtain autofire. Before I had both the pad / autofire option, I got severe RSI (no kidding!) in my index finger from repeated bow shots. Of course this doesnt actually matter to me now, a level 6 ranger has no business using a bow, but assuming I continue to EQ/AM3, it will then!

Archery dmg here scales differently than on Live. Archery is an acceptable form of DPS during all stages of a rangers career. The hard part is keeping arrows in stock before you get EQ.
