Quest item: River Hag's Heart

I found this in Western Badlands off The River Hag, does anybody have a clue what its for? I've gone in every zone surrounding it and hailed everyone I could find. I know theres a guy in the tower in Northern Badlands (near spires) that says something about things coming at night, but now that I have the heart I can't find him spawned. Does anyone have any idea what its for?

I have no idea, but maybe it's for the halas medicine bag? (bag for alchemy)

Ive killed her many times and still dont know. She doesnt drop anything else either.

Out of curiousity, what does she con? (what lvl, kos etc...)

Way green to 62 and hits for 30's Naddiana took her blue at 40 i belive.

Light blue at level 40, KOS, seems to be strictly melee.
