Suggestion: Have more quests use the bounty system of presence spawning instead of hoping for an uncommon/rare drop from a mob that has a placeholder with 30 minutes respawn. And there are only 2-3 possible spawn points in the zone.
It's not fun or engaging for level 65's to be sent back to empty 40's and 50's zones for quests. In 30 seconds the ph dies and then it's waiting for a respawn just to kill another ph.
