I think pvp melee damage needs a tweak. It seems unusually weak when compared to DD's(Almost full damage) and DoTs(Full damage).
For example, fighting lvl 60ish mobs, my average hit is around 350 damage with a max hit of 550ish. In PvP, Fighting a blue caster (level 58 I think) with only about 800 AC, my average hit was a measely 80 damage, with my max hit being around 150...
PvP isn't worth concern to a lot of people, but some players like myself truly take enjoyment from duels.
I remember Melee PvP damage got tweaked sometime on live so that it could "keep up" with casters.
