Proc rate on Ghostmetal

Is it high enough to warrant the loss in dmg compared to Warpmetal? I'd like to know b/c I'm thinking of purchasing a set of either kind of weapon in the near future. Please let me know.

No. Buy warpmetal. Ghostmetal never procs consistently for me. The extra damage from warpmetal far outweighs it.
