Problems with /role and /disband

Lately I've been having problems with /role and /raiddisband. Everytime I use them I loose control of the keyboard. Then after a few minutes it starts working. I don't want to hear that it's a problem on my end as the only time I loose control of the keyboard is in game and when i use those commands. Problems I have is I try to type a / i get a ?. I try to use a arrow key to move it instead cycle through the previous lines I typed. I try to use a hotbutton and it changes the hotbutton page. i have windows xp sp 2. I have 1gig of ram with a 3.4 gig cpu and a 512 meg vid card.
 
If thats the case then it only sticks in game. It doesn't do it any other time out of game and only after i type /raiddisband or /role.

Yes, because of EQW. Simply click the shift key and it will unstick.
