problems with repatch all

Hi there, I am trying to repatch all because of (a long story) the problem is the SoD patcher seems to be hanging up on dragitem33 or 34.tga.. so silly me I cancelled and tried to manually patch with the files, but now the patcher will not accept those and still hangs up on trying to repatch them. Is there a way to reset the patcher so that it won't try to repatch files I have already repatched from the patchfile set?
