Problems with Downloading SoD Optional UIs

Im having trouble downloading either of the UIs hosted in the Files section of the site. I tried Left clicking and it asks for a name and password, I tried Right clicking and saving target as, still asks me for name and password, asked in Beginners guild bout this problem and 10 other people seem to have the same problem. Could anyone shed some light on this?

Also, Im getting this NV4-disp error which forces me to reboot my comp, I tried deleted my drivers, then reinstalling the latest ones, I use a GEForce 6800 GT PNY Verto, I go to the Nvidia site, I go to Drivers, then I select Geforce since it seems to be the likely choice, then Windows 2000/XP since I run on XP pro download it, install it, run the game and I still randomly get this crash. Any ideas on this? I played several mmos with this card I never had this problem before.

yeh think wiz is gonna have to shed some light on it. was chating to zod in irc and he said same thing WTH. first he tryed to tell me that the zip itself isnt passworded i was like uh? and i told em the site that its comeing from requires a password
 
Aye, would really like someone, perhaps the website hoster, to answer why we have this problem. I cant use most of the interfaces from EQinterface.com cuz they are compatable with patches and expansions SoD does not use, thus alot of errors comes up and unmovable, unchangeable windows.

As for the Nvid error, I didnt seem to have a problem much last night...gonna continue monitoring it.
