Problems with disarm skill

I used the search function and didn't see any threads on this issue.

I recently got to lvl 35 and went to my Ranger guildmaster in Surefall to train riposte and disarm.
My riposte training worked as I now see it on my skill list, but when I trained disarm, the guildmaster said you have advanced in disarm (or something similar) and used a few skillpoints but it still shows Disarm req lvl 35 on my skill trainer's list.
I looked and It's not on my skill list in my inventory nor do I have a disarm hotkey in my action menu.

Thanks in advance for any sugestions.

I am a rogue and I trained it at lvl 27, and it worked, but I dont think I am getting skill ups or I may just not be watching.
 
*Bump*

I am having a problem with this as well. I can not train this skill at my GM. It takes my points but it still says skill lvl 35.

Over a year later, I am still noticing this problem for my RANGER. Perhaps Rogues' Disarm skill works just fine, but not so with Ranger. The person posting before me (on May 10 2006) said he would put this on the bug list (?) Is this something that is permanently not meant to be, like Bash?

FYI- My Ranger is level 39 now.
 
I had this problem on my ranger a month ago as well...I leveled up some more though and then it worked. Maybe the level is set wrong?
