Problems with Character NPC's and players visuals

I have window Vista basic ed. and I am running a dv2000 HP Notebook with AMD Turion64 Duel Processor that has Nvidia Graphics.

I followed instructions on loading game after signing in I started to play and people NPC's, my char., and other character plus started twisting googly-googly and or enlarging I also notice that my movement controlls were faster. Any suggestions or any others with this problem?
