Problems! Dealing with the Snobolds Quest

I have completed the Dealing with the Snobolds Quest ...I turned in all 60 ears.
My journal says it is still active tho. It says " I retrieved some ears for Granral but he could still use more. The quest giver NPC's name in Thurgadin is actually Branral. Maybe this is causing all the confusion?

I would like to have this quest completed so I can upgrade my COI Junior researchers badge and this has to be finished to get the Researchers Badge.

Known issue. Move the quest to inactive. The amount of faction experience you are missing out on for that last turn-in of 4 snow kobold ears is really not much. Also, it's not a prereuisite quest for anything, so it won't have any lasting issues.

I should specify, this isn't just you. It's everyone, myself included. Fret not, you'll be fine!
