Problem with uploading avatar graphic...

Im trying to upload a pic for my avatar for the forum. Its within the size constraints but I am getting this error:

I've been having the same problem. I had an avatar before but wanted to change it since I'm in the process of switching main characters and wanted my pic to reflec that, but alas.

Has come up before as an issue .. it's an NTFS security setting on the Windows server that the IIS is running on ..

I've had the exact same problem; as you can see, I have yet to find a solution! ;D

Needs to be adjusted on the server side IIS and Windows settings for the directory.
