Problem with Ritual spell combine

I'm not even sure this is the right place to put it. I was thinking technical help, but whatever.

I have all 4 pieces of the necromancer ritual spell. They identify at fragment 1 through 4 of Cage the Soul. When i combine them in an ancient scroll kit, however, it says that those items cant combine.

Whats going on here? Is it possible that i have out-dated pieces? They're years old in case something was changed with ritual frags.

just combined druid one a few days ago in the kit from IP and it worked fine.
