problem with quest reward "mark of dexitarity"

I just completed a quest with master unhag in thurg. The reward was a mark of dexitarity which is an augment for the sleeves but has an augment tryp 3, which is restricted to jewelery. Is this a mistake or is there some jewelery item that can go in the sleeves?

If I recall correctly, the mark actually IS the sleeves right? And it has an icon like a rune or something. So, although it is a arms item, it may be considered jewellery and the slot would be intentionally class 3. Any jewellery augment should fit anyway.
