I am trying to complete the quest for the newbie shield but I seem to be having a problem. I talked with Spirit Talker Grekal and got the medicine bag and I collected all the items and I was able to combine them and got the new item. I then took it to Poisoned Guard Bugog to give to him but he just returns. I tried to give it to Grekal thinking maybe I had to do that first but still no luck.
Next I destroyed the item and thought I would try the whole thing again so I went the quest dialogue and got the bag again and collected the items and was susccessful again with the combine but I am still unable to turn it in. Not sure what to try next.
Any ideas?
