I am working on the main quest with Zeroth, and am currently stuck at the end of part 2 with William Defar. He asked me to talk with 8 different people around the world to learn a bit of lore. I talked with all 8 NPCs and returned to him. I hailed him and got a "You have spoken with..." message for all 8 quest NPCs, however I was only greeted with "Hello there." immediately after that. No message, no exp. I hailed him a few more times just for good measure and got the same response each time. Please let me know what I should do.
