Problem: MQ (part 2 optional)

I am trying to complete the Main Quest: part 2 (optional), which I am asked to speak to 3 out of 5 people. After I have done this, I can not get the Elemental to spawn to fight. I have both of my skills trained, I even went on and turned in the Diary and Letter. Some people suggest I do that. After I have completed everything, I can still not get the quest where I say " I am not afraid of your Elemental" to show up. Is there anything I am doing wrong, or any suggestions on how I can complete the quest?

I know I could make a petition, but I do not want to get suspended. Please make any comments.

It is possible that you did not complete the dialog or chose the incorrect dialog when talking with these NPCs

Edit: Try talking to the other two people, if either of them talk to you then you will know it was user error because of the above.

Im pretty sure this is a server problem as it is the same issue I am dealing with in my topic just a few below.
