It doesn't say anything about charges. I bought it, and it was out of charges. Is it suppost to have charges, or just a right click item, unlimited charges? When I bought it, the link didn't have the clicky2, 2.3 for effect.
Wanelo shows it does.

Thanks Anadin, I was confused, with a casting time and when right clicked
it says out of charges. Maybe the casting time needs to be taken off then.

The item is bugged, it has a bad entry. It's supposed to be a clicky with unlimited charges.

Use the buglist and contact a GM after someone takes care of it.
