Rank One : Melee attacks now gain a 1% chance to double attack
Rank Two: Melee attacks now gain a 2% chance to double attack and the double has a 50% chance to critical strike.
Rank Three: Melee attacks now gain a 3% chance to double attack, and the double has a 50% chance to critical strike.
Rank Four: Melee attacks now gain a 4% chance to double attack, and the double has a 100% chance to critical strike.

Radiant Glow
Rank One: Vessel of Althuna has to be applied on your character. Upon healing and channeling the light, the cleric has a 3% chance to glow, and upon /cheer'ing at the cleric one complete heal is applied to the person. ONE HEAL for ONE PERSON
Rank Two: Vessel of Althuna has to be applied on your character. Upon healing and channeling the light, the cleric has a 6% chance to glow, and upon /cheer'ing at the cleric one complete heal is applied to the person. ONE HEAL for ONE PERSON
Rank Three: Vessel of Althuna has to be applied on your character. Upon healing and channeling the light, the cleric has a 9% chance to glow, and upon /cheer'ing at the cleric one complete heal is applied to the person. ONE HEAL for ONE PERSON
Rank Four: Vessel of Althuna has to be applied on your character. Upon healing and channeling the light, the cleric has a 15% chance to glow, and upon /cheer'ing at the cleric one complete heal is applied to the person. ONE HEAL for ONE PERSON
Everything is subject to toying with obviously, it could be a hot instead. EoB?

Bellow
Rank One: Yaulp has to be applied to the character, upon meleeing the cleric has a 2% chance to unleash a mighty bellow increasing the attack speed of his/her party members by 3%
Rank Two: Yaulp has to be applied to the character, upon meleeing the cleric has a 4% chance to unleash a mighty bellow increasing the attack speed of his/her party members by 3%
Rank Three: Yaulp has to be applied to the character, upon meleeing the cleric has a 6% chance to unleash a mighty bellow increasing the attack speed of his/her party members by 3%

Can comment on druid ones. T1 is basically just +crit to soothing all the time. T2 is bad, that would be overheal almost always. T3 is fine, nothing fancy.

I like these two.

Tome two would not over heal all the time. As a druid myself with healing increment 8 and 25 alteration my relic hot ticks non crit for 1890. Triple that is 5670. It could be a critical patch, and over a long duration of time in a group would promote letting your tank linger around lower health before you casted a relic hot. More thought, less whack a mole healing like proactive healing should be. At the point you are doing a class tome, your tanks PROBABLY have at LEAST 8-10k hp so the triple crit heal would just be a bunch of burst healing. Not reliable, as hots aren't always anyway, but can be very critical and useful.

Take in account Relic Hot costs less than revitalize and healing like that in a group would be (although risky) very mana efficient.

Rank1 -> Your Divine Benevelence spell on yourself has an increased 12% to save you.

Rank2 -> 25% efficency to worn Mind Shield and Stun Resists.

Rank3 -> Your Bashes against 1 target have a 20% chance to cause it to fubble. Lowering its ac -100 for 18sec

Rank4 -> After casting any spell that uses 200+mana, your next melee hit within 6sec is 100% crit.

all passive abilitys and shouldnt need any combat ability hotkeys ^^
