Price Change for Mercury

Mercury is one of the components used in brewing to make the most basic Ointment. However, at nearly 2pp a cost, making these ointments is way too expensive. I suggest a reduction in the price from 2pp to 4 gold a piece. Since these ointments are pretty much exclusively used in Tailoring to skill up with and are not used in the production of sought after items, I do not feel this would be un-balancing. Cured Silk Armor and Reinforced Studded armor have pretty much the exact same trivial levels and I can buy stacks of studs for 5pp easily. It just seems to make sense that Cured Silk Armor would have a similar component cost.

I agree with this , i worked on brewing up to 60 in about a half hour in intentions to make a load of cured silk but the moment i noticed the price on mercury ; i put it on the to do list due to the high component cost.


it really does seem like it should cost less or there should be a cheaper ingredient for ointments.
