Possible to change MQ faction?

Hey guys. I'm an SK and I started with Marlow Deity. I chose the CoI faction during the MQ and I just read up on about Deity Spec after. Is there any possible way to change my faction towards Blackscale via quests etc.? If not, worse case scenario, would I have to change my deity if I wanted max Deity spec?

You can change neither your faction nor your deity. Only thing you could do is going pariah, but I personally would stick with Marlow for now and do some quests, see how it plays out. There is a TON of alignment quests now that Ikisith is released.
