Maybe making a list on the mob like the CH change so that only one/two person/people may stun a mob for a given amount of time.

Maybe instead of making the stun refresh last the full durations make the stun refresh half the duration. For example a paladin stuns a mob for 5 seconds; it can't be restunned for another 2.5 seconds instead of the current 5.

For the SE mob

As for helping to make this mob a little more killable, I would think either making the spell the elementals healing spell last longer so that the stunners get more of a chance to stun, or changing the elementals ability into something else.

Stun idea is bad. It would let you reduce 75% of the damage a level 59 mob deals, heh. So is the list idea, 1 person is enough to keep a mob stunned 100% of the time without target recasts.
 
I think, stun is meant for few purposes. Interupting spells, reducing damage, agro.

So perhaps keep the restun timer as is, let it give full agro instead of some (if that's what it's doing).

I think this points more towards pallys if anything. SKs hold agro by pure agro spells, and pallys hold it from stun/blind. As for raid mobs, I'm not quite sure what to do there. With 30 people plus pets (some that stun) attacking one mob a pally would probally need that full stun agro if they are tanking, even if they have blind. Pallys were given a stun line of spells, so I would assume they would prefer using them over anything.
 
So I thought I understood the stun changes... but now I have a slimy enforcer, or something of the like, that procs Cease in combat. Its a two hand blunt, and everytime it procs, even the first time of the battle, the effect shows up, and it says they are stunned, and they just keep fighting, even to the point of attacking me right after it, theres definitely no space in between.  Also, I have found my cleric spell stun to be useless for the same reason, it seems it doesnt stun them at all, I've cast it on running mobs, and they dont stop for a second, nor do they stop attacking if I cast it on a fighting mob... I'm at a loss here... any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
 
ahh, thank you, i didnt realize that, i thought it was more, but I looked up Stun for clerics, and that is supposed to be four seconds... but I didnt know at the time about the changes, so if everything is working at the moment ill trust your words for it, thanks! sorry for the intrusion.
