"Populating hashtable"

Another patcher problem. I'm at my home computer, direct connection (no router), all my firewalls are disabled, I've downloaded the latest .NET framework. At first I was getting stuck on the "generalcommands.html" segment of the process, but after disabling my firewalls I made it to the next phase, "populating hashtable." And here it remains. I've really tried all the suggestions in the other threads.

I'm at a loss. Help please.

actually I am having the same problem and it just started doing this within the past few days

fixed it I think.

Open Sodpatcher. Hit Advanced, then repatch all. Worked ever since.
