PoFrost Ring Quest

So I stopped being lazy and decided to see what was needed for the Plane of Frost ring. Without giving too much away, I have acquired all of the pieces save for the the groundspawn piece from inside the zone. I've spent about 3 hours looking for it, and have 3 different takes on what it's supposed to be. From what I've heard, this is the common piece. Sooo, am I missing something here or is it not spawning?

best bet is to make a sworn toon, and just run from the entrance to the orator room and back, looking in each room till u see one...
It looks like a crystal rod on the floor. They def do spawn, and def change places every so often.

Yea that's what I've been doing basically. Any idea on how often they spawn?

I guess you alrdy know the groundspawns shadowsteps? So is in the same spot for just a few.

it spawns once every few hours and has a few locations. VERY hard to see though. iirc we timed it at about 16hrs respawn, but idr exactly
