So... yeah, basically it's festering mask. comes from FR, and imo it's quite underpowered compared with rest of loot in zone, and reward vs risk is not balanced if you get stuck with it. Phantom blow is a weird skill that can blow up a group if you don't understand it in time, and... well... hp 15 mana 15 is a little low for this zone, I'd say. Imo, hp 40, mana 40 would make this item more according to risk level.

This probably needs moved to S&R, but yea I agree it has decent stats until you get to that lackluster hp/mana.
 
Yah, it's possible I posted in wrong forum, now that you mention it. should sleep some more before posting, I guess.
 
Yeah, that item is the victim of Jayelle typoing. It should have a lot higher stats if I recall right.
 
adalus.. it was never cool and to this second it still isn't cool to whine about this item.
