Please can someone tell me what ports to open?

The official FAQ in stickies above has a blank section entitled "Ports
What ports do Shards of Dalaya use?"

I'm not sure why the ports were removed, but I keep getting "You have been disconnected from the server" in character creation (yes I'm using the patcher) and knowing what ports to enable might help.
