All player merchants that ran out of pay or have been closed forever have been purged and can now be re-hired.

As a reminder, you can only own 2 vendors per person (not per char or per zone or per account). Some people have already lost much pps because of this.

If you own more then one, you'll still be hated by GM's and other players, btw .
