Plane of Lore quests

Are we now allowed to ask for help for these quests? I'm trying to solve them without spoilers, but one has got me stumped.

My question isn't a bug or something I think doesn't work. It would amount to weither or not I should be farming Mob X for a particular quest, or if I didn't solve the quest correctly. Can I ask such questions? I was under the impression we couldn't.

I mostly don't want any lore-related things answered or answers to any quizzes or puzzles given away (there really aren't that many). Feel free to PM me if you think there is an issue or speak to people in game if you need help.
