If you ever decide to make some kind of new evil city. Wouldent it be fun to populate the old plane of hate? 
Not as an exp or raid zone but an actual city. I really like how the old PoH was made. Tons of buildings and structures.. well mostly tons of buildings but.. for some reason i really liked that zone. I know a lot of people hated it maybe im just weird but i thought it was a neat zone (sorry if its already in the game as something. havent seen it yet if it is)
