I can't speak for the designer working on the zone itself, but I know that with one item designer MIA and myself pretty busy IRL any potential bottleneck will be with item design not content design. So to answer your question in a round about way, yes PoE is still being developed, but I'm not in a place to give an actual eta. :keke:
