plaguelands nodrop loot

All the nodrop loot i picked up in western plague lands today did not actually go into my inventory ?? alot of puma meats and hides just poofed ... how would i go about getting these items back so i can do turn ins? is anyone else having this problem? the error message was "insufficient number in stack" :/
 
Sounds similar to the problem heartlands had with beads only stacking up to 1 no matter how many you got.
 
I believe the stackable vendor fodder wings from faceless preywings/doomwings in First Ruins are bugged as well.
