At least, as far as I can tell. According to Wiki, the Gokalipp quest in Prophet's Landing requires indifferent faction before Gokalipp will respond to hails. I'm now amiable, and Gokalipp has never responded to a hail.

Also, given the narrative and the difficulty of this quest, it really ought not to require higher than dubious faction to complete. IMO.
 
All of these quests have required faction that is incorrect posted on the wiki. That said, it doesn't work at warmly either and hasn't since a few weeks after the entry on the wiki was posted.
 
I used to contribute to the wiki (in only constructive ways), but my account was deleted for some reason a while ago so I don't waste my time anymore.
