Pinning Shot

Does anyone know the exact % of pinning shot with maxed pinning shot and any other applicable AAs? I would parse it but I don't think my parser picks up pinning shots.
 
So our Crippling shot class tomes which increase pinning shot damage by 50% (is it per tome, so in that case 100% for both tomes) basically increases our bow dps by 2.5% the first tome and 2.5% the second?
 
Does pinning shot have a bonus to damage? It's the only bow AA I haven't acquired because the description only talks about a stun component.

that's assuming the mob can be 'pinned'. I think it's based on whether or not they can be stunned-no stun, no pin.

The tome also gives incentive for the ranger to be behind the mob. I don't think the numbers really enforce that though.

The only checks are that the target exists, you exist, you dealt damage, you succeeded the pinning shot chance roll, and your attack was using archery.

so some of my shots are doing extra damage even though I don't see a 'pinning shot' message?

if so, that's pretty neat. if not, then I still think there are mobs that are immune to pins. I have anecdotal evidence-that's evidence right?
