Hello,

Idk if this has been suggested yet before, but if so sorry for re post. i would like to see what my pet has on gear wise. so if i right click him it is like inspecting another person, i think this would be handy to see what he all needs to be equipped to his highest potential.

I think this would require modifications to the client, wich isn't possible. Best you can hope for is some command like /cm pet showgear.
 
i heard pet gear has been bugged for a long time and does not work at all (besides weapons).
 
Not entirely accurate.

Ask any higher end pet class if there is a big difference if there pet is in emberflow gear or not. You'll get a resounding yes.

The problem is that pets have a special "haste only slot", where a haste item will sit if equipped. This is what seems to be bugged.
 
I can tell a difference after giving my pet a bunch of plate armor items. I don't know how much it helps and whether all items get worn or what, but the pet definitely seems a bit better after I've given it a bunch.
