this is the only item in the game I could find with recovery as a focus effect, and from my tests (checking hp ticks with /cm stats) it doesn't appear to function. i only gain 5 hp per tick, from the recovery V effect. the recovery X focus effect doesnt do anything. prior to a recent patch it had comp health 7 as a focus effect instead. oversight?
