patching general commands...

For some reason I cant patch past general commands. Anyone know whats going on?

mine does the same thing.
just sits there trying to patch generalcommands.html forever.

if i move the sodbin and sodpatcher to another empty folder and run them they will download eqwin, make the proper files.txt and then get stuck on generalcommands.html again.
