PatchFiles.zip is missing! Linux users can't patch now

I try to always patch before I play, but for the past few days the PatchFiles.zip has been missing.

I run Ubuntu Linux, so the autopatcher is not an option for me. Could someone please check into why these files are missing? Thank you!
