Patcher stuck at "Getting patch list"

The titles says it all. The patcher will not progress this message and using "Repatch All" does nothing.
Any suggestions?

Fixed! I used Gustave's suggestion of editing the patch text file. Thanks Gustave!

In your patchset.txt file change the http://www.wintersroar.com/patcher (or wintersroar.com/patcher) to http://67.15.24.48/patcher/

Save it and it should allow you to patch and log on.

I cant get the patcher to work it says getting patch list. ive seriosly tried everything i read everything ppl have said to do and nothing has worked. Ive been trying to get winters roar for over a week and something always gets in the way i really need help.

I've done everything that people have been saying, change this, change that... and nothing is working. The patcher is still saying "Getting Patch List."

I used Ironwolfs change patchme.txt file change and it worked from nothing at getting patch list
