Ok i've read other posts with same problem...did what they said and still nothing helps my problem. My patcher sits on spells_us.txt just sits there i'm patched to live on ldon downloaded manual patch list from previous post.
mine happened like that just when i was trying to DC - so I can't really be any help =( All I did was camp the active character and run the patcher again, with patch all selected and it fixed itself.
