Patcher issue

So, i had to reformat recently and upgraded my OS to windows vista ultimate, and i downloaded the patcher and installed the game, and everytime i run the patcher it says "new version of the patcher availble, update now?" picture below

and i do click yes, then it restarts, then it tells me theres a new version again, and again, and again ect.

i really couldnt figure out the manual patching instructions, but if thats what i need to do then i will figure it out, or if someone can spell it out a little better that would be great

i do, but then it repatches all each and everytime i want to play, which while not a big deal, adds like 2 mins to my loading time and is just a tad on the annoying side, any known fixes?

The patcher is not successfully connecting to the Shards of Dalaya web site to get the new files. Get Internet Explorer working to connect to www.shardsofdalaya.com, and your problem should be resolved.
