patcher is not working AT all

ok, i ran into a problem where i cudnt enter warrens, so i went back and downloaded every expansion pack, now the patcher wont work, *getting patch list*, kestrel told me to go to hosts and add in the two ips and to change the web address in patchset to http://67.15.24.48/patcher/ and yet my patcher still wont get past that part and wont repatch, also I REALLY WANT TO PLAY EVERQUEST!!! :(
 
Before you go any further, make sure you got everything you need off the EQLive patcher, no point going through this again in the future if you can avoid it.

If that doesn't fix the hang, I'm fresh out of ideas, and you'll likely have to wait until the DNS service is restored. I'm quite certain it'll work though, just double check everything.

thats EXACTLY wat me and kestrel went through, sadly i guess god hates me, lol. maybe somebody else can come up with an idea?
 
It might also be a good idea to go into the IRC and see if one of the

Admins or someone can give you a better answer than some of us can
