i dunno, if deleting files.txt will work for you. i hope it solves the problem for you, but for me it did not work. i had to get all the required files from a friend to get the patcher to work again. now it downloads at least small patches again, but i wouldn't be surprised if the patcher was stalling again after the next big patch (i.e. when a new mapset is released). at least that's how it behaved before: small patches worked fine, but large patches made the patcher go lol.
